The basement renovation at Quarry Ridge Orleans was a simple project where our planners created a generic layout for the basement gym. We were to keep most of the space empty considering the gym equipment was to be installed there.
We also added renovation touches to the bathroom attached to the basement. We installed a standard flush and a sink to it. We also added fixtures here and there, such as mirrors and lighting, to bring the room back to life.
We painted the walls white and opted for the best basement gym flooring option, vinyl. Its water-resistant attributes and ease of cleaning make it a desirable flooring option. Besides that, it will help your basement gym blend nicely with the rest of the interior of the house.
For good lighting, we installed ambient LED lighting throughout the house. We added trims to the wall to protect the drywall against any kind of water damage. It also created intricate decorative detailing in the basement but covered the gap between the floor and wall as well.
