What To Expect When Renovating With Renosgroup

When renovating with RenosGroup, expect personalized designs, skilled craftsmanship, and transparent communication for a seamless renovation experience.



  • We are typically booking new projects 30 to 90 days from the date paperwork is signed. This allows you to prepare for the renovation and allows us to ensure we have all of the required materials.
  • A 10% (50% for special order products) non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signature, and this is followed by incremental payments every Friday (or second Friday on larger projects) in equal amounts until the project is complete.
  • Arrangements can also be made for this payment schedule, if preferred….1/3 of remaining owing at the commencement of tile installation, 1/2 of remaining owing at the completion of tile installation and the balance due on last major day of installation.
  • Our typical workday starts between 8:00-9:00 am and finished between 4:00-5:00 pm.
    Keys or garage codes are typically given to us for access to the job site while clients are gone to work. Some clients also prefer to be home during the project.
  • We update the client regularly as to what has been done and what we hope to accomplish over a certain timeline. We try to get client approval upon completion of each major portion of the project.
  • Please remove everything from the area that is being renovated. Example; toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, food, dishes, shampoo bottles, etc.
  • Please have room for our vehicles in your driveway prior to arrival, as this will help us transport items back and forth with ease.
  • Please know how to shut off your water if we are replacing your faucets, shower or bathtub. We will ask before shutting the water off and usually only have it off for an hour or two.
  • You are not required you use our suppliers. However, if you do, please try to make payments for your products while you are there choosing your products. All of the necessary square footages needed are displayed on our Quote under the product allowances.
  • We can pick up, deliver, and carry in your products/fixtures for you with our truck and trailer, for a small fee.
  • We verify your products to ensure they are the correct products and without visible defects.
  • We do daily clean-ups and remove all garbage with our truck and trailer or in some cases, we will use a dumpster that gets dropped off and picked up.
  • You are more than welcome to observe our work process however, we ask that you do this at a safe time and distance.
  • Please don’t use the bathtub or shower for 12 hours after silicone/caulking application.
  • Stone countertops will take 2 to 3 weeks from cabinet installation. They will only come to measure once the cabinets are installed.
  • We always use tarps over flooring and stairs or remove our shoes in the client’s home.
  • We will happily repair any accidental damage we may have caused while working on a project.
  • Every product is installed level and as per the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
    Pictures are taken continuously throughout the project, these pictures can be made available upon request at the time.
  • New drains are tested leaving the water running for at least 3-5 minutes (cold water only). Always fill up the tub or sink, then release the plug to stress test the drain
