The modest renovation at the Bryant Street, Kanata bathroom was done with a minimalist approach integrating all the elements of simplicity with elegance. The navy-blue cabinets underneath the marble counter truly made the aesthetic of the bathroom come to life. The marble countertop had grey streaks to it that helped one focus on how refined the bathroom interior looked.
The Calcutta marble we used for flooring had a veining type of design in white and grey. The overall color pallet was light, with a touch of dark accents here and there. The beautiful gold-plated center set faucet was installed in the sink, giving a beautiful modern yet antique feel to it.
The golden faucet complemented the well navy of the cabinets. The golden faucets were installed throughout the bath, including the ones for the shower. We also decided to add the task lights installed over the mirror, keeping the frame golden for it to keep the modern chic look consistent in the bath. Besides that, we decided to go with a standard acrylic bathtub with acrylic walls surrounding them. For the enclosure, we decided to put on a rail where curtains could be hung.
