A bathroom our team recently renovated was the one in Scova Crescent, Ottawa, which along with being extremely chic was also functional, making it perfect for our client.
For this bathroom renovation, we had quite a few challenges on hand. The first of these was that of replacing the bathtub. We replaced the old bathtub with an acrylic shower base. The acrylic base gave the bathroom a more structured look. After this, we tiled the shower walls and created an enclosure with glass. After these additions, we made sure to add sliding glass doors. These doors looked extremely trendy and allowed the bathroom to look even more spacious.
Furthermore, we added waterfall-style vertical borders to these tiles. Alongside this, to ensure our client’s safety when showering, we also installed a new shower seat for them as well as new corner wire baskets in the shower area. We also installed a new slide bar in the bathroom along with a hand shower kit.
Lastly, we installed 1-piece high-quality vinyl flooring with embossed tile patterns. Also a custom-size vanity was also included in the bathroom with matching medicine cabinets. This allowed for the bathroom to look more cohesive while also allowing for additional storage space.
We finished up the bathroom by painting the bathroom and adding a matching mirror and a light fixture that was supplied by the client.
