Kitchen Renovation - Cinnabar Way

Looking for ideas for your next kitchen renovation in Ottawa? We’re thrilled to share our most recent kitchen renovation – Cinnabar Way, where we transformed an antiquated area into a beautiful, efficient, and modern retreat tailored to our client’s specifications. Allow us to assist you in making your ideal kitchen a reality!

Remove and close-in window:

  • During the renovation, we removed and shuttered an existing window. This allowed us to restructure the kitchen arrangement, increase the flow of the room, and maximize wall space for cabinetry and other decorative features.

Install pot lights:

  • We put modern pot lights throughout the kitchen to provide adequate lighting. These lights not only lighten the room, but they also create a clean and modern atmosphere.

Add plugs for under cabinet lighting:

  • To improve visibility on work surfaces, we installed undercabinet lighting plugs. This addition provides improved task lighting for food preparation and other kitchen chores.

Replace countertop plugs and add a few extra

  • To improve convenience, we replaced the existing countertop plugs and installed a few additional outlets. This guarantees that the kitchen can handle current appliances while still providing the homeowner with flexibility.

Replace sink plumbing

  • The sink plumbing was upgraded with new fixtures to ensure better water flow and durability. This upgrade improves the operation of the kitchen.

Drywall repairs

  • We performed drywall repairs to eliminate flaws and provide a smooth, seamless surface. This step was critical for achieving a sleek and professional appearance in the kitchen.

Tile kitchen floor and baseboards

  • We tiled the kitchen floor and fitted baseboards to lay a solid foundation that was both sturdy and beautiful. The tiles have a modern appearance while being simple to maintain.

Install kitchen cabinets and trim

  • We replaced brand-new kitchen cabinets and trim, resulting in a fresh, modern look while maximising storage space. The unique trim features provide an air of sophistication to the overall appearance.

Quartz countertop

  • A gorgeous quartz countertop was added to improve the kitchen’s appearance and functionality. Quartz is a long-lasting, low-maintenance material that provides both beauty and functionality.

Tile backsplash

  • We included a sophisticated tile backsplash to suit the entire design. This element not only protects the walls, but also creates a visual focal point in the kitchen.

Install kitchen sink and faucet

  • A modern kitchen sink and faucet were installed to round out the functional and stylish design. These new fittings are both stylish and quite useful for regular use.

Re-install appliances

  • We meticulously reinstalled all kitchen appliances to ensure a seamless integration with the new layout. Each appliance was precisely arranged to provide a clean and harmonious effect.

Paint walls and ceiling

  • The walls and ceiling were painted to give the kitchen a more coherent and updated appearance. The chosen color palette brightens the area and unifies the overall design.

Let’s turn your dream kitchen into a reality!
